(8 – 10 TRUFFLES, DEPENDING ON SIZE)
Place the biscuits into a sandwich bag (a packet per bag works best) and, using a kitchen mallet or rolling pin, smash up the biscuits.
Place the biscuit crumbs into a large bowl and mix in the soft cheese.
Once combined, take a spoonful of the mixture, roll into a ball and place these onto greaseproof paper.
Next up is the chocolate. Break into chunks and place over a bain-marie until fully melted. Now the fun part; cover all the Oreo balls with the melted chocolate and place them in the fridge. Leave them to set and voilà!
So easy to make, but trust me, they are out of this world!
